If you want to take your Lash Passion to the next level, Our Trainer Distance Learning Course may be the perfect fit for you.
This course is for Experienced Lash Artists who want to become Educators. This is a comprehensive program to give you the tools to conduct an Accredited Lash Training Program.
You must have 2 years Lash Extension Experience, A current License in your State and Liability Insurance. If your State, Province or area requires Licensure.
This Course is 12 hours of intense education preparing you to become a Certified Trainer. Completion of this Course will give you all the tools you need to conduct professional, safe, quality Lash Training classes.
This Course is done at your own Salon or Office via Conference Call. We use Zoom, Skype or FaceTime Video for Face-to-Face Training.
The Trainings are 2 hours in duration, Five Trainings in total. with a Q & A time built in. These Five sessions are scheduled at your convenience. Times can vary, depending on how many students from different time zones are participating in the Trainings. There will be a Test at the end of your Training that covers the content of Program.
Lash Student Trainings should be limited to small classes. We want to assure our Lash Extension Trainings are small and more intimate. Your students will receive your undivided attention and get all their questions addressed before they complete their Class.
Topics covered: Marketing, Advertising, Liability, Safety, Sanitation, Client Consultation and hands on practice on Mannequins and live Models.
You will guide your students through each and every application. You will answer questions and will be provided Training Manuals for yourself and your students.
You set your Fee, you collect the Fee from your Students, and the best part is, you keep ALL FEES COLLECTED.
What is covered in your Students Training Class:
Trainers Manual (This Manual walks you through every aspect of how to Train your students safely)
Student Training Manual (This Manual covers Step by Step how to apply Lashes, who qualifies for Lashes, who should not be getting Lashes, Allergies, Reactions, Diseases and Disorders, Sanitation and Sterilizations and Covid-19 Sanitation Protocols.
